GPI NSW manages all client projects from initial consultation through to timely and quality assured hand overs. The GPI team is highly experienced in the execution of all painting projects within the commercial space for fit-outs, new constructions, refurbishments and maintenance. GPI is also a highly sought after supplier amongst high end residential clientele.
GPI approaches all projects with a 4 step approach – 1. Establishment; 2. Estimation; 3. Execution; 4. Completion.
During establishment of a project GPI ensures that the appropriate personnel are assigned to each project based on their relative experience to the project at hand and the expertise requirements of the project. Open communication channels are quickly established between GPI and each client to allow for swift action on any changes or requirements pertaining to the project.
GPI ensures at this stage of the project engagement that any research into the site and project specifics are completed and all information is documented and communicated.
During establishment all of the client procedures, processes and documentation are completed and returned to the client promptly in order to maintain compliance every step of the project. At this stage, any specific project requirements would also be addressed to ensure all access and restrictions and site specific protocols are considered, documented and communicated to all staff.
Estimation is an integral part of process to ensure all elements of the job are clearly outlined and accounted for. At this stage materials and special material requests are listed and costed. All measurements would be accurately communicated and ideally GPI’s estimator will physically inspect the project or at the very least have reviewed plans for the project.
GPI will then with all knowledge at hand cost all elements of the project and supply an official costing of the project to the client. Once the client reviews the estimation and awards the project to GPI, a contract is then formed and signed between GPI and the client to ensure smooth progression to the next stage of the project.
Execution involves a meticulously prepared schedule and scope of works prepared by GPI in conjunction with each client. Accurate information with relation to project timelines, materials and staffing are prepared and executed at this stage. All products and materials are then ordered and ready for delivery and indeed delivered per the project schedule.
All staff and required persons are rostered and tasks assigned in order to execute the project efficiently, effectively and with utmost care and quality. Once all materials and staff are in place the project will be completed according to client specifications and this is regularly reviewed by the GPI Site Manager and Client representative at each stage of the project.
GPI completes all projects once all elements of the project scope are finalised and approved to each client’s 100% satisfaction. GPI is committed to completing projects that are defect free and ready for hand over.
It is of paramount priority that each project GPI completes is quality assured to GPI’s high industry standard; within the outlined timeframe and to budget.
